Introduction

maya99 operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at maya99.one (the "Platform"), offering live dealer games, slot games, bingo, jackpot games, and sports wagering services to eligible players in the Philippines. The Platform is owned and operated under a valid Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license.

These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between maya99 and any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or places any wager or bet. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the maya99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules posted on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility

To register an account and use the maya99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for participation in online casino gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. 21+
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of maya99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account suspended on the maya99 Platform.
• You are not subject to any court order, bankruptcy proceeding, or other legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into this agreement.

Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the maya99 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid government-issued ID number. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, maya99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• SSS / UMID Card
• PhilHealth ID
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Voter's ID (COMELEC)

KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Once verified, you may deposit, wager, and withdraw without re-submitting documents unless maya99 requests updated verification in connection with an enhanced due diligence review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the maya99 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). maya99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits are credited to your maya99 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. maya99 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal conditions: All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your name. maya99 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts. A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made to the account before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals requested before completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

maya99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request, which may extend standard processing times. Players will be notified by account message if additional verification is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, maya99 offers bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets, deposit match promotions, cashback, and other incentives to players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• maya99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing Promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or wagering patterns designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements — will have bonus winnings voided and their account suspended.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all games available on the maya99 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game lobby and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed, except in the case of a verified technical error originating from the maya99 Platform.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical failure that affects a game outcome, maya99 will investigate and, where appropriate, void and refund the affected bets. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error will be voided.
• RNG certification: All non-live (RNG) games on the maya99 Platform use independently certified random number generators. RTP (return to player) percentages are published in each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card shuffles, roulette wheel spins) captured by studio cameras. In the event of a dispute, the live game video recording constitutes the definitive record of the outcome.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed in the game interface. maya99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players in connection with VIP tier management or responsible gaming measures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maya99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds:

• Use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform in connection with any illegal activity under Philippine law or applicable international law.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after wagers have been placed using those funds.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party.

maya99 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR regulators, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Any suspicious activity detected on the Platform will be reported in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the maya99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audio-visual materials — is the property of maya99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of maya99.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maya99's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

maya99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank).
• Any failure or interruption of internet connectivity on the player's end.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the maya99 Platform shall first be submitted to maya99's internal customer dispute resolution process. Players may contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected] to lodge a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

maya99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, maya99 will notify registered players via account notification or email to their registered address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of the Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
